Hitchens (aka Pete Kidd) (@hitchensmusic) is originally from Detroit and now based in New York City, the producer's 'Strange Case' EP explores the house and techno side of his dark sound. He says, 'I made this with the dance floor in mind. In that way, it's much different than my previous work. I also wanted to incorporate live vocal recordings and mix them with the programmed drums and synths, to create a more organic human feeling.'

This EP, as well as his prior releases, show his love of EBM adding hard industrial sounds to his tracks that give them a certain stressful edge. The smooth vocals of Karilynn are there on the first track to sooth your nerves. Strange Case, the title track, features a bit more of techno element arpeggiating on into oblivion.
